Each project will be allocated a dedicated project manager. They will focus on the tasks that make up the critical path, maximising the chances of completing the project on time. The average side return extension project takes around 12 weeks to complete and can be broken down as follows: Strip out, groundworks, foundations, drainage – 3 weeks. Structural steels, extension walls, lintels – 2 weeks. Roof, windows, external doors, floor slab – 4 weeks. Partitioning, electrics, plumbing, plastering – 3 weeks.
We pride ourselves on our construction quality control plan that we apply to all our projects. This involves regular meetings between the client, project manager and site manager to ensure expectations are managed effectively. We also continually review the supply chain of materials and other externally sourced products such as doors and windows to maintain the use of the best products.
We strive to offer solutions using value engineering analysis to provide the specification that is desired by our clients for a price that is well within budget. Our clients are safe in the knowledge that there will be no nasty surprises during the build, we provide a lump sum contract with a fixed cost that covers all eventualities. Our prices are so accurate as we have an in house qualified quantity surveyor that prices all jobs using a thorough itemised schedule of works that is completely transparent.

We understand that many of our customers want to stay in the property whilst works are carried out. Many also have young children and pets. We aim to work around your needs to ensure minimal disruption. For example we often setup temporary kitchen facilities in another room for the duration of the build.
